I went to Van Griffith Kia just to look at cars, not intending to buy yet. Laurie greeted me with a smile, got me ice water to drink while Chad finished with a customer. Chad was helpful, informative, not pushy at all. He set me up to test drive the first car on my list, showed me controls before we left the lot. It was perfect! He was polite, friendly, helpful and ran through the paperwork in no time. Brad showed me warranty options without any pressure, quickly got me through the paperwork, and the detail man had the car ready when we were done signing. It was a fun experience and I'm driving home in my new car.
