Jenny is fantastic! She always made me feel like I was the top customer, very personable and took very good care of us at every step of the process. Called us 5 months in advance of the estimated time of delivery!! From the GM to the Finance Department, Van Griffith is a fantastic dealership. We bought 2 cars from them in 5 months. It is the only dealership for us.

When walking into the Van Griffith Kia, I was expecting to be bombarded ang haggled into buying a car I didn't fall in love with, but Jenny absolutely changed my point of view and made me feel extremely welcomed and secured. I felt comfortable and safe when talking with her. I came walking in with a car I had viewed online but I didn't love it. She introduced to the 2018 Kia Optima and let me test drive it and I fell in love. She asked what I liked and took her time listening to what I wanted. She found me the perfect car and I fell in love with it. She has an amazing personality with the qualities of loyalty, kindness, and compassion. She went above and beyond of being a professional business woman but was personal and provided the best service that I never imagined ever receiving. She is the most sweetest woman and I value the time and business she gave towards me and my family. She is one of a kind and she values her customers more than what she will get out of it. I would recommend her to anyone and I plan to do so.
