The experience was amazing. I have shopped for a KIA before in my home town of Abilene and had no luck getting help in getting the car. I was looking at Soul and have loved the car since the first time I saw it.

I can't explain how amazing the help was here and I am very happy that the payment is only $30 more. The KIA in Abilene could not do that for me.

I will definitely be coming back if I ever decide to trade.

Thanks for the amazing service. Eden and Kyle were awesome thanks guys.

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERINCE WITH VAN GRIFFIN KIA. EDEN PALMER, WAS A SUPER NICE SALES ASSOCIATE. AN JIM WAS ALSO VERY NICE IN HELPING DEAL WITH ALL THE FINANCING. I WOULD TRULY RECOMMEND VAN GRIFFIN KIA, THEY WORK VERY HARD TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR EACH CUSTOMER, TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE OUT WITH A KIA. I TEST DROVE THE ONE I AM GETTING, AN I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT.

Wow, we had no intention to get a new sorento today but we are driving off in one. We had bad experiences at moritz kia and so we came back to van griffith kia in granbury for our second car to get through them. They even stayed late to finish the deal. Kyle was our salesman and he was great. We will definitely be back when it is time for another.

I think the service here is wonderful. Chad is great. I feel very comfortable to come back at anytime or calling to get help with any features. This is our 2nd Optima. The service department is wonderful. We will be back. Chad is very knowledgeable salesman. Very attentive. We appreciate him very much. We purchased our Optima even without the Monochromatic Mirror. ;-)

As previous visits, the experience was awesome. I enjoy the friendly, non pressure customer service that I always receive when visiting Van Griffith Kia. The entire staff from greeter, sales force, business manager, etc was awesome. I plan to keep Van Griffith as my permanent car dealership. Jimmy, Michael and Marcus were very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is always happy. I have used their service department with my previous Kia several times with excellent and speedy service. I will do all of my maintenance on my new Kia Soul at this dealership. God Bless this wonderful staff.
