Buying a car has always been a frightening experience for me. However, purchasing my new 2019 Chevy Trax was the best car buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I stepped on the property, I received a warm and welcoming greeting by my salesperson, Liz Bowman. I told her that I was just shopping around which I was. This was my first stop of the day and I had planned on visiting 3 other competitors. With imperfect credit, I wasn't sure things would work out, but Liz and Kelly Moody pulled out all the stops to make a great deal and to get my credit approved. Funny thing is when I explained to Liz this was my first stop, she jokingly said maybe I can make it your last stop, and she certainly did. I feel like I made a new best friend.
