Our experience with Britain Chevrolet has probably been the smoothest we've experienced at a car dealership! Mike Donahoe has been very friendly, not pushy, and nice to work with. We enjoyed meeting Byron Britain and talking with him. We test drove three cars and chose the newest (of course). So far, everything has been very pleasant. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Walking in to Britain I felt very welcome and we were helped right off the bat by Mr. Scott. The guys worked with us (me and my mom) which is no easy task. We're women. I enjoyed looking at the car and it had everything that I wanted and it was the first car that I looked at!! I was very nervous about driving it because I do not like driving cars that are not mine. It makes me very nervous. Mr. Scott got me to drive the car, and even though it was just around the lot I felt comfortable and very excited about driving it after he had taken us for a ride before that. Overall great experience and very welcoming and not pushy like other dealerships. Also, I love my new car!!

Today at Britian Chevy was a great experience. There was no bull crap. Steve was more than happy to spend as much time as it took to make us comfortable with our purchase. Knowing the purchase was going to be my wife's and children main mode of transportation he took us through all off the safety features. Steve was an absolute wonder to work with. He was the type of sales person anyone would want to work with. I will be back to see him.

We came to Britain Chevrolet thinking we were unable to be financed on a new vehicle due to being a small business owner, Termite Technology & Pest Control(termtech.com) with no proof of paying ourselves, however, our amazing salesman Mike Donahoe got us into a brand new truck with the help of Kelly and the finance department.
