Our Salesman Mr. D. Proctor was extremely professional, customer sensitive, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle needs we had. He didn't rush us...he eased us through the process and we were able to comfortably purchase our GLC AMG43 without pressures. Then...we were met by Ms. A. Parrish (Concierge) who taught us all we needed to know about the vehicle. She eliminated "anxiety" and eased us thorough the new technology of cars today. Both are valuable assets for Mercedes and should be rewarded for their selfless efforts to make us happy.

We came in late on Saturday and Dan stuck around after hours and helped walk us through the car, its features, and also a test drive. Afterwards, we made an appointment for the next day. This appointment was well prepared and everything went smoothly. Thanks Dan!
