Will T did amazing. He did great service. We were in for a simple brake job on an existing Mercedes that we absolutely love and he presented us with an amazing deal on a 2024 GLC300 coupe and we just couldn't resist buying even when we weren't even thinking of purchasing. Everyone on the team was exceptional. Great personable team and great attention to details. Impeccable!

It's always a pleasure to do business with you. This experience of taking delivery of our sixth E-class from you was just great. Dan was extremely helpful with an added spoonful of humor. Again, we also appreciate your service department. There was an anomaly with the second E we bought 2008. The engine had a slight "tick" when first started in the morning. Most makes' dealerships would have just said it was normal. But it wasn't up to Mercedes of Huntsville's standards and y'all took the time to fix the problem. It is appreciated!
