Purchased a CPO Mercedes EQS 450+ at this dealer in February 2025. The process was delightful in every way. An attractive price, super responsive service and a quick on-site pick-up makes this well run dealer a 5-Star outfit. No hard sales tactics here. No aggressive upsell attempts. Highly recommended.
I initially requested information on the car by calling the dealership. My number was taken by a friendly attendant and shortly after, I received a call from Julie Feld. I later leaned she is actually the sales manager at this dealership. I received the requested information quickly and was provided with two in-depth interior and exterior videos of the car, taken by Julie that same day to show the actual current vehicle conditions (immaculate and as advertised). As I was an out-of-state buyer and actually ended up flying 2 hrs to buy this car, there was a lot more remote support and information I needed during the purchase process, and Julie provided both in record speed either by text or phone, and was super friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.
I was given the option and a reasonable quote to have the car shipped to me, however I opted to drive it back myself, after inspecting it in person.
On arrival, I was picked up at the airport by a friendly courtesy shuttle driver from the dealership.
I was greeted and the car was shown to me, a test drive was offered.
Paperwork was all ready, complete and signed in no time.
The car had been registered with drive-out tags already, and the tag was installed.
Concierge Elizabeth gave me a competent overview of the car and helped me set up and connect the app. Very patient and experienced staff member.
Dan Proctor provided helpful and reassuring background information as the car was actually first sold when new by this fine dealership, and serviced there as well. He also stayed in touch with me after the purchase, making sure that everything went to my satisfaction,
Knox Williams, general manager, stopped to say hello.
