Lance was extremely helpful with the buying process. I am stationed overseas and he went above and beyond what is asked of him by Huffines Chevrolet. He even went as far as picking me up from the airport upon my arrival. I asked a lot from Lance and he delivered each and every time. His can do attitude and servants attitude toward the customer are unparalleled and should be standard practice at your dealership.

just after I parked Pamela welcomed me to the dealership and showed me the sonic that I had called for. she was very friendly and easy to talk with. I gave her the info on where I needed to be and she got me very close. I did not feel pressured to buy something I did not want. the paperwork was done fast and easy. I don't think I have ever bought a vehicle this easily. painless experience. would definitely recommend her and this dealership to everyone.

Scott Spiegel was wonderful today! He greeted us when we arrived and was very professional throughout the car shopping process. He knows the vehicles very well and demonstrated features in an easily understandable way. He was able to answer all of our questions, or provided someone that could if he didn't know. Pam was excellent. I am a Sales Manager at GEICO and I knew she was trying to her hardest to sell me the vehicle she believed fit my needs and her agenda ;). I needed to be sure I wanted the Chevy Traverse, because I've always love the Durango's so I had to go to the other location and drive it. I will tell you I hated it and the Durango performed just like Pam said it would (just like a truck). I loved the Traverse for the smooth ride and extra room. I had told Pam that was important. I found myself buying exactly what she recommended, against my sales instinct :) Thank you Pam! Your employer is lucky to have you!
