Purchased our new Silverado 2500HD by phone from Henry Boyd. We had seen one we loved while in Arizona and sent him a list of exactly what we wanted. He was able to come up with the perfect truck for us, both the color of the interior and exterior, plus all the options. We also talked with Billy Bohrmann, the General Sales Manager, who worked up the perfect deal for us. When we got back to Texas it was here waiting for us. Henry spent time going over all the options which was a great help. Could not be more satisfied with this dealership.

He was had a great deal of knowledge about my vehicle, and was extremely pleasant to deal with on both going over the features of the vehicle as well as negotiating the purchase price. It started with James in the service department. James was very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my 2005 Saturn. When I realized it would cost more to fix then it was worth, James directed me to Steven Lewis in sales. James was as friendly as James, explained my options when it came to trading in my Saturn for a new Chevy. James was thorough, polite and helpful. Billy Bohrmann, sales manager, came in and explained the situation with my credit score (not the best) but he and Eric Tanner in the finance department worked with the bank, got me a great deal with little down, and a busted Saturn and a trade in. A short time later I was driving off in a brand new Chevy Spark. Thanks to everyone at Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville for all their help. I will be back.
