Hi there, this is Linda Hill!

I would like to help you to make one of the most important decisions you will ever make in your life; selling or buying a home. Prior to joining me on this journey, I want to share a bit about myself along with some of the values near and dear to my heart.

During my lifetime I’ve been fortunate to flourish in several interesting and gratifying professions that all had one thing in common – working with people and understanding their needs and desires. Graduating with a degree in Journalism; I relished my communication skills but realized quickly I would starve to death in a few short months. Knowing I loved to talk to people and help them find solutions to their needs I began an extensive career in the sales world; both corporate and private. Sales then evolved into being able to express my love for homes; specifically, in the home remodel and interior design world.

Homes and the people inside fascinate me. A home is filled with family, friends, food, and fun. I love to cook, entertain, decorate and create a special environment in which I can share special moments, connect with family and friends and most of all laugh and enjoy each other. But nothing makes me happier than working with people to find and create the home of their dreams, be it a starter home, a home for raising a family or a home for their golden years.

My diverse background and culmination of experiences have been filled with friends, food and fun. These experiences have propelled me into an exciting real estate career, and I want to help you navigate today’s real estate market, so you have a home you love.

Again, I’m Linda Hill, an adept professional with years of negotiation skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to serve my clients! I will assist you with your buying and selling needs. I work with a team of professionals; including transaction coordinators, professional photographers, home stagers, painters, handymen, and inspectors.
