From the first second we stepped on the property, we felt valued and cherished whether we were purchasing a car or not. Even thought we had set our eyes on a Jeep Wrangler but due to credit scores, we couldn't meet on a mutual down payment. However, instead of saying 'thank you, have a nice day', both mangers and salesman, Shaun offered another vehicle that would fit our needs in roominess and price range. Never had that happened before. Yes they wanted the sale but also wanted to please us with our buying experience. Great job!

On 3/26/16 we had our Ram pick up towed to Wax Autoplex. We usually don't
use a dealership for repairs as we have a very close friend who owns a auto
repair in East Texas. But due to time and circumstance we were unable to
take our truck to him, so we had it towed to you. We called our friend, told
him the symptoms and he diagnosed the problem. After a few days your
mechanics came to the same conclusion. We were called when the work was done
and I had Mark bring me to pick it up. I was helped by Blake Ness & Justin
Wade. I was very impressed with these young men. Blake was so very outgoing
and professional. He and Justin made spending my day and money at your
repair shop easier to swallow! I would certainly like to commend these
young men. I am sorry this has taken me so long as I should have contacted
you much earlier. Also upon leaving the dealership I realized I had left my
phone in Mark's car (he had left and was on his way back to Austin). I
pulled over and a young Hispanic man actually used his phone to call
Mark....twice before Mark answered, allowed me to talk to Mark so he could
bring my phone back.
In summary I spent a lot of money, but I was treated with knowledge,
kindness and the upmost respect.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle I came in not even knowing what I wanted and certainly did not plan on purchasing today but Michael was able to guide me through the process smoothly and efficiently when it came time to look at the price and payments I didn't even want to haggle since he did such a great job helping me find what I wanted and needed I am definitely recommending him to everyone I know that needs a new vehicle!
