I had a great experience buying from Waxahachie Autoplex. I arrived early this morning to look at a new ram 2500 and was greeted by Mike. After test driving the ram I was presented with purchase options that were unbeatable by other dealers. Trying to be a cautious shopper I left the dealership and went to look at two other trucks at other local dealerships. Late this evening, after 100 miles of driving I returned to Waxahachie Autoplex to purchase my new Ram from Mike and Billy. Both gentlemen provided outstanding service and had extensive knowledge on the vehicles and the best financing options for my personal situation. I will definitely return for future car buying experiences and refer everyone I know.

WE HAVE HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH WAXAHACHIE DODGE. THEY HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY AUTO SALES PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THEY ARE NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL BUT VERY PERSONABLE AND THEY TREAT YOU AS HOW CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED. RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, ACCOMODATING AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH AND THE BIGGEST PART IS THEY WERE NOT PUSHY. This is the second truck I have purchased from Waxahachie Autoplex. Mainly because they have plenty of trucks of all types to choose from. Also the sales person, Brenda Center , was able and willing to go find what I was looking for. When something was needed she found it. She also helped me pressure the finance people to find the best interest rate for me let me afford to buy this new truck.
