Everybody here at Van Griffith Kia was very helpful, nice and willing to meet our needs. We found the perfect car for us and we did not have to go to any other dealership and spend long hours finding the car that we wanted. Chad was extreamly pleasant and helpful.

This is my 4th KIA and I will keep coming back to Van Griffith. I've worked with Jim Dollins since my first KIA, a Spectra, and he makes the whole process run so smooth. Chad McGinnis was our sales person and he was right on top of things. He contacted us initially to discuss our next vehicle options, as our lease was coming due. We decided we wanted to purchase a vehicle this time around. He knew our wants and wishes and kept his eye out for the right fit. A beautiful preowned gray Optima arrived and he thought of us immediately! It was perfect a match. Looking forward to working with this dealership for years to come.

Well let me start out i am a first time car buyer, I came in with the idea i can only get what i can afford. Came in to see if i can get financed and just see what all they had avaliable in my price range, but didnt have real high hopes with the budget i had. When we did my credit check it showed that i had a credit issue that was not my fault but was in fact the credit companys fault which i thought was going to hold me back for at least two months to get cleared before we could get me in any car. I went home disscouraged that I would be without for months and had no idea what i was to do next. The next day i had my father come in so he could better understand what was going on and what options we had. We have been buying thru Kia for over ten years and have built a relation ship with the crew here at Van Griffith, and with that we went thru all of our options and with the help of Jim Dollins and Chad McGinnis we figured out what we needed to do. They worked with my budget and got me into the car ive been WANTING since it first came out!!! It feels like a dream that all this was able to happen with the work and help but these guys were determined to make me my wish car come true! I am beyond satisfied with everything that happen and all the steps these men went thru to make my first car buying experience what ive always hoped it to be!! Big Thanks to everything yall did!!

Had to bring our Sedona to Van Griffith Kia for some work and decided to look around the lot. While we were looking Chad asked if we needed any help. We test drove a Kia Soul that we liked and decided we would think about it overnight. When we can in the next morning Chad was awesome at helping with our trade and getting our new car set up. When we purchase a new Kia we will look Chad up again.
