I came up to the dealership with the intent of getting a new vehicle. I met Mike Donahoe 10 feet outside the door. My vehicle was just severely damaged in the tornado's. I gave Mike several issues that could/would aggravate some associates. Mike rose to the challenge with a great attitude and completed great customer service during my entire visit.

We came out just to look and were met with Mike Donahoe who asked if we had been helped yet, and I said no. My husband and I were curious about two trucks we picked out and Mike had no problem getting keys for both and one other he had to move so we could test drive the one parked behind it.
We liked the truck and the way it drove so the next part was getting a good price. After just a little negotiating we agreed on a price. Ron the sales manager notice that I was a school teacher and said he would be right back and to our surprise got us a better price even after we agreed to buy!
Everyone we dealt with went out of there way to make us feel appreciated.
Kelly in Finance and Mike were kind enough to stay late so we could finish everything and not have to come back. First class operation.
