Had slow leak in tire on Equinox (preowned certified) that I had purchased on 2/16/2019. Rico in preowned sales had me take vehicle to Chev service who found a screw in tire and fixed within 2 hours for no charge to me,,

Romney was my service advisor. I came for routine oil change and tire rotation. He told me that I needed a new tire because of uneven ware into the secondary rubber. I knew I would be needing to get new tires soon. He introduced me to 2 tire guys. I travel a lot. Wanted smooth riding tires that get good traction in snow and rain. They were very helpful. We went into the parking lot to look at tires of some of the employees. Was able to make informed decision for spur of the moment purchase of whole set of tires. Have always received superior service at Huffines. Appreciate Romney and the other staff whom were so helpful.

This was the first time I used Huffines service department. I was extremely pleased. I arrived at my appointment time and the work I needed done was completed timely. Everyone I talked to were friendly and very customer focused. I will be using the service department in the future.

Ben was great. When I expressed what my expectations were, they were met without multiple trips "back to the manager." I got a great deal on my car, and didn't have to negotiate for 4 hours to get it. Ben was also well versed in the NBA and sneakers. This made for pleasant discussion while we went through the paperwork.

My first trip from Arlington, TX over to visit with Ray Huffines Chevrolet has been a totally awesome experience!!! Ben Siebel was my salesman and he did an amazing job. He, and the people here at Ray Huffines/Plano, are just like family now. My brand new 2018 Colorado is in excellent hands...lol. Thank you so very much! Eddie was very helpful, kind and understanding with my request. He kept me notified of the progress of my car that I specially ordered. Eddie made sure all special request were complete. He was very patient with our questions and request. The day I came to pick up my new car from the dealership, it was Eddie's day off. He came to the dealership to make sure I was pleased with my car and everything went as smooth as possible! On his day off! I was very appreciative of him taking the extra steps. Chris Nino's was also very helpful too! We had a very positive experience at Ray Huffines, Plano! We will for sure do future business with Eddie, Chris and Huffines!
