WE CAME IN TODAY TO JUST LOOK AROUND AND GET AN IDEA ON WHAT WE COULD GET FOR OUR TRADE IN. OUR SALESMAN, ADAM STEPHENS, WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. HE WAS THERE WHEN WE NEEDED QUESTIONS, BUT DIDN'T HASSEL US OR PRESSURE US. HE WORKED WITH US ON GETTING US INTO A NEW VEHICLE AND MET US IN THE MIDDLE. ADAM BROUGHT IN HIS MANAGER TO MAKE SURE HE WAS DOING EVERYHING HE COULD TO HELP US OUT. THE MANAGER, JOHN TYNAN, WAS SINCERE AND SEEMED TO GENUINELY WANT TO HELP MAKE US HAPPY CUSTOMERS. HE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST, WHICH IS THE MAIN REASON WE WANTED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE SPREADING THE WORD ON HOW GREAT WE THINK THIS DEALERSHIP IS. WE WILL PURCHASE MANY CARS FROM HERE IN THE FUTURE. My initial experience with Huffines Plano came in the form of an internet request that was answered by Bryce Bessler. Although Bryce is a new car sales person he was able to help me with my request. After a few emails back and fourth, it was made clear to me that Bryce was working in my best interest. I have to say the typical car buying process is quite undesirable but my experience here at huffiness with Bryce was anything but that. He allowed me to take the vehicle home for the evening, there was no pushy sales tactics. In the end I had the car for two days and during that time worked my entire deal via email. All I had to do was come back in and sign. I am not sure if this encounter is standard practice for Huffines but it should be. Having the truck long term for a test drive, really experiencing the vehicle before making such a large purchase decision was a plus. on a second note I would like to mention Shane Dove, who Is Bryces General manager did not miss a beat when I had a question about my deal after Bryce had left for the day. Shane went the extra mile to ensure all my options were explored and understood. In todays car buying market it has become too easy to brush off a customer that is not sitting in front of your face at the dealership, in actuality with todays fast paced schedules no one has the time or desire to sit for hours in a dealership These gentlemen made it happen from start to finish and of course I would like to mention Burl Thomas. When I returned to the dealership to sign my documents- my package was complete and waiting on his desk. Total time in his office was 20 minutes. This is how Business is done.
