In all my years I have never had such an effortless transaction. My wife and I were treated with respect and courtesy from the moment we walked in. Our overall purchase was GREAT. We did have some issues with communication and expectations. However once we were able to discuss things, everyone involved in the buying process came away with learning. We were very impressed with both Darren and Ty. Ty's introduction and inspection of the vehicle prior to our purchase was beyond compare. Darren's expertise in obtaining the correct vehicle with all of our requirements was great. Mr. Cooper in the finance department, was awesome, as he was able to obtain a lower interest rate than what our preferred banking institution was able to do. Also Mr. Cooper had all of our documents prepared and ready to sign,so when we arrived to take possession of our vehicle, it took less of our time to finalize the purchase of our new vehicle.
The trade in value of our vehicle, was as expected without any haggling.
Our overall experience with all of the employees was FANTASTIC, as previously stated we will continue to bring our auto buying needs to Ray Huffhines Plano.
This is actually our fourth vehicle purchase from Ray Huffhines Plano. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Ray Huffhines and continue to have our service by both Reggie and Susie.

Darren Davis the New Car Manager went the extra mile for me in more ways than one and I greatly appreciate his caring and attention to my individual needs and requests.
