This is the 5th car I bought off of Mark A. in the last few years. As our family has continued to grow, Mark has been there for us to help with getting larger vehicles. Now that we have growing children, more needs are being demanded from our kids, and Mark was there to help with the 2014 Traverse. Mark and the team at Huffines has been great and worked with us in getting out of our 2012 Volt (lease) and move into a finance of the 2014 Traverse. This new vehicle meets all of out entertainment and creature comfort needs as well as add'l size for trips around town and cross country.
Mark has been there for us over the last 5 years and look forward to working with him for another 5 years and more. The new vehicle is great and Mark was easy to work with again. He understands my needs at this point making the process easier everytime.

Pamela was great. She saw me immediately when I was in the lot looking for cars. And the weather was not so good--it cold and raining. She came out to meet me and offered me to test drive the impala. She let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and did not pressure me whatsoever. I was really impressed.

Let me start by saying Mark Ackerman provided me the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. First, he was willing and able to communicate the entire deal with me via email. This was extremely important because like millions I work everyday and off days are sometimes few and far between. Next, he gave me ,what I am certain, was the best price and monthly payment for my vehicle. I am not a rich person so to be able to drive away with a brand new car gives me a feeling of accomplishment that I truly can't explain. Mark is knowledgeable, courteous, and seems truly genuine as car sales associate and as a person. I came in nervous to commit to such a large purchase but by the end I had no regrets!
