My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Huffines in Plano. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our sales associate, Jermaine, was extremely friendly and knew exactly what we wanted. He wasn't pushy or made false promises, instead he was straight to the point. We both enjoyed Jermaine and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Furthermore, Kevin Harris in the finance department was very friendly and had answers to all of our financing and warranty questions. I would definitely recommend working with Huffines in Plano for anyone's car buying experience. I think we can both say we will definitely come back for future car purchases.

Andrew greeted us immediately as we walked in with a smile and already had the car ready for us to test drive. We didn't even have to sit down and wait. The test drive went great and car was exactly what we were looking for. He immediately started the paperwork and was very diligent in answering our questions and providing us with multiple options for payment. The process was very efficient and didn't take as long we thought. We were then quickly directed to the main building and was politely introduced to Burl. He was very professional and accommodating to our financial needs. We got the payment where we needed it to be and received a warranty package that will cover us for 2 years. Our overall experience was great and we will continue to visit Huffines' dealership in the future for our auto buying needs.
