Words honestly can't describe how awesome this dealership is! The team at Huffines was truly a blessing in my time of despair! Everyone genuinely cared and actually listened to what I needed. Bill Morris and Gadiel Plaza took excellent care of me. Both were extremely patient and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me in my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone whether you are in the state of Texas or New York. I will definitely be a returning customer.

After spending months dealing with sales people who were interested in getting what they wanted it was pure pleasure working with Bill Moss!!!
Bill only asked what I wanted and made sure I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. I actually received a much better car at a much better price than any dealer offered me in the DFW area.

I had the most amazing experience at Huffines with Bill Moss. He is remarkable and really provides a grade above the "nordstroms" customer service level. He goes the extra mile to ensure it is the right car and that every question is answered. You never are rushed and you are made to feel important by Bill.
He deserves kudos for being truly amazing. I will recommend to everyone to go meet Bill and buy a car from him.

I've been using Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Plano for service since 2008. They have been excellent! Today, I bought a new 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie 4X4. It'swesome. The whole experience was entirely painless from my salesperson to Samir Gupta their Finance Director. I give him an 11 our of 10!!! Robert and I had been looking for a car on and off for a little more than a year now. Robert was looking online and found Huffines and began talking with Billie Bolding online about the vehicles here at Huffines. They had been talking back and forth and they finally set up a date to come in and see what we could get done. When we got here to the car lot we looked around as Billie was helping somebody else. When we did meet up with Billie he had all the paperwork ready and told us that he had spoken with the Finance person and said that everything was good to go. We never really expected to drive off the lot with a 2015 vehicle. We are very thankful for the service that Billie and Zach Stanley have shown us in the time that we spent here.
