Words honestly can't describe how awesome this dealership is! The team at Huffines was truly a blessing in my time of despair! Everyone genuinely cared and actually listened to what I needed. Bill Morris and Gadiel Plaza took excellent care of me. Both were extremely patient and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me in my purchase. Where do I start. Purchasing a car has never been a experience I was looking forward to because of my history at other car dealerships. When my husband told me it was time to trade in I was reluctant until I met Mr. Cotton. I felt relieved from the conversation over the phone. You see, we live in Houston and of course this is dealership is in Plano. I have never been treated with so much respect, honesty, and hospitality. He was true from the beginning to the end. I must admit I am spoiled from this day on and I will forever drive the distance to have another experience like I did today. after I arrived I met Mr. Samir, Mr. Wayne and Mr. Zach. I now know it is the culture of the dealership and not just one person. I cannot explain how I feel at this moment and what you all meant to me. Thank you for our vehicles and the experience. The folks are Huffines are very courteous and friendly. I was never spoken down to, which unfortunately has happened at other dealerships that I have visited.
Upon arriving I was treated with respect. I appreciated the honesty and straight forward information that I received during the whole process.
Devante was fantastic from the start with showing me features on models and telling how the process was going from the start.
Zach in finance was great with giving me all the options possible to fit my lifestyle and use of the vehicle I was purchasing.
The dealership is a very nice location, not a lot of noise going on so it helps you relax and focus on what you are doing.

My experience with Orlin was fantastic. He was able to stay in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. He did not make anything difficult and ensured that all of his T's were crossed and the I's were dotted with me. There wasn't a moment in time that I wasn't aware of what was going on, what it is that I was getting, and what to expect.
Once over at financing, Zach did a great job of explaining all of the financial obligations that were involved. He was able to explain thoroughly all of the benefits of the added protection programs that were available.

I'm amazed at how easy and stress free my car buying experience was at this dealership. Corey Roper was efficient and direct in setting up the sale. No hassles. No gimmicks. No over the top salesmanship tactics. Gadiel Plaza facilitated the finance and warranty to fit my budget and needs. I had been to two other dealerships prior to this while in the market for a Jeep. My only regret in this experience is not having come here first. I recommend this dealership and the aforementioned salesman and finance manager to anyone, without reservation.
