My experience with the Huntsville Nissan Dealership, and Alan Morrow specifically, was flawless. I knew exactly what I wanted and what price I would pay. I had a direct answer in minutes. The car was located and delivered in a day and financial process also lasted minutes with every question answered in detail.
This is my first Nissan but it won't be my last.

I wanted to take a minute and send you a heartfelt thank you note for everything each of you did to make my car buying experience memorable.
I had been passively looking for a car for my son for a couple of months when I came across the 2019 Honda civic you have/had on your lot. It checked most the boxes for what I was looking for in a car but admittedly when I saw the dealership there was a lot of hesitation. However, when I checked the website and saw that Joe was still there I decided to reach out. And I’m glad I did. Joe introduced me to Bruce who is 100% of what I needed to make this deal happen. I was still apprehensive about purchasing a car but Bruce put that to ease. He instantly lightened the mood, I don’t think I have ever laughed so much with a person I just met. Bruce also was knowledgeable about the cars we looked at, he helped compare the features of each, and even test drove them for me because I despise 5 o’clock traffic on 72. We had a great time and I’m thankful for him.
And Joe, there has always been a calmness to you that is appreciated. Never aggressive, but straight forward and honest. You’ve never talked down to me or made me feel less than, which happens a lot as a woman trying to navigate life in a man’s world. Trust me. I left a deal at a dealership the week before I contacted Joe because the Sales Manager was a jerk. So thank you Joe.
Mr Williams, thank you too sir. You too have always been kind and most helpful to me. But more importantly having the opportunity explain you and your position to my son was amazing. When career day comes around and the schools have speakers you rarely see successful men that look like him so sometimes it’s hard for him to see what his full potential can be. We’ve driven by the Nissan and Mercedes dealerships all his life and for him to see that the man that has the final say and ultimately is responsible for him having his first car that checks 99.9% of the boxes for his car wishlist is important. The 0.1% is being able to program the garage door. But since he does not have a garage to park the car in I assure you he will survive. Garage space is earned not given.
Again thank you guys for helping me to make this deal happen. You are appreciated.
