Lance Cross was the perfect Mercedes Benz (or any vehicle) salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, non-pushy, yet direct. He will be highly recommended by me to people I know/encounter as potential customers. I have been to several dealerships recently and have found the Mercedes Benz dealership to be the most congenial and accommodating (much to Lance's credit since he is the main person I have spoken with).
