The overall process of working with Nelson and the rest of the test was great! I have been with Lexus for over thirteen years and the Mercedes team has them beat on the leasing process. I will highly recommend Nelson in the future.

the staff was very helpful, courteous, and kind. I appreciated their patience and willingness to help me in any way they could to make the deal. Greg Melbo was our salesman. He was very patient and understanding with my questions and concerns. He walked us through the process and we were very satisfied with his knowledge of the product and addressing all my wife's questions. We have never owned a Mercedes before and absolutely hate the car buying experience. Greg never pressured us and gave us the space to we needed to discuss the vehicle to ensure it meet our needs. Before we ever drove the car he spent 40 minutes explaining every option on the car. We test drove an Acura the next day and I had to prod the salesman to explain the features. Greg is one of the reasons we are buying this car; he was the discriminator between the two experiences.
