I HAVE BEEN IN THE MARKET FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW, FROM NEW TO USED VEHICLES AND ONLINE TO IN PERSON. I HAVE TO SAY THE EXPERIENCE DURING THAT HAS NOT ONLY BEEN A HEADACHE BUT ALMOST HAVE ME GIVE UP ON PURCHASING A VEHICLE ALL TOGETHER. I FOUND A KIA SORENTO ON AUTO TRADER FOR HUFFINES KIA IN MCKINNEY AND SPUR THE MOMENT WENT TO SEE THE VEHICLE IN PERSON. I WAS APPROACHED BY TONY WHO WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGABLE ON THE VEHICLE AND ALL ITS FEATURES. I HAD A PLAN AND HE ALLOWED ME TO FOLLOW IT HOW I WANTED TO. I KNEW IMMEDIATELY I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE OF TONY AND MY COMFORTABILITY WITH HIM.

I really appreciate Tony working with me. Never any pressure. We drove different cars to compare them then he let me drive the one I was very interested in on my own. It was all about what I wanted and never about what he thought or the sell. It made the process very simple and easy. I've looked at Kia's for about a year and a half, and talked to many Kia reps at other dealerships but Tony sold me with his professionalism, personality, friendliness, honesty, and of course, the price! I keep my vehicles for ten or more years, but when I buy another vehicle if Tony is still here, I'm coming back!
