I was having pain in my back, left buttock and down my leg for almost 3 years. I had tried deep tissue massge work, and chiropractic. It would help temporarily, but the pain always came back. When I couldn’t walk more than 50 feet without the pain making me wonder if I could walk back, I finally went to a spine surgeon. After lots of testing they decided everything was fine with my nerves, but the doctor still offered surgery if I wanted it. That was the last thing I wanted to do. I had heard such good things about Russell and Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy on Facebook that I decided to give him a call. After less than 1 month, Russell has me essentially pain-free and I am back to working on my property as much as I need or want to without the fear of pain dropping me to my knees without warning. I highly recommend Russell and Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy for anyone who needs help with their back or sciatic pain.

Rt Medial Epicondyle Electro-Dry Needling Testimonial
I have sent several of my patients to Russell at Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy for various musculoskeletal problems. They have had very good outcomes and benefits from his treatments. However, it wasn’t until I experienced it for myself that I fully appreciated the benefits of Osteopractic Physical Therapy. I have been having some wrist pain over the past 6 weeks, and have treated myself doing all the things I know to do as a Family Nurse Practitioner including anti-inflammatories, pain relievers, etc. But it wasn’t until I came to see Russell — after 6 weeks of suffering with this pain. He did some dry needling and set me up with some home exercises, and after only 1 treatment, my pain is virtually gone. I can do my housework, start IV’s, and do all of the things that I need to do as a Nurse Practitioner, pain free. So. I’ll definitely be sending more patients to Russell, and coming back to see him should I have any more issues in the future!
