We live, work and practice in Rockwall by choice, but our backgrounds include a partnership in a major Dallas firm and more than 35 combined years of legal experience. In other words, we know the law and how to get cases favorably resolved.

PERSONAL INJURY

Mostly derived from referrals, we represent individuals and their loved ones in recovering for injuries and death caused by the wrongful conduct of another. Our experience in representing insurance companies provides invaluable insight in effectively and fairly dealing with the other party, and the other party’s insurance company. We have a history of positive outcomes for our clients in catastrophic personal injury cases and wrongful death actions.

FAMILY LAW

INSURANCE DEFENSE

We represent a number of insurance companies and their insureds in litigation disputes such as product liability, premises liability, transportation/automobile liability, Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims, employment-related claims and property damage claims. CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION We represent a number of developers, general contractors and sub-contractors with a variety of legal needs, including drafting and reviewing contracts, advice and assistance in connection with liens, collections, defense and prosecution of contract claims, defense of defective construction claims and other general construction matters.

BUSINESS LITIGATION

We represent various corporate and business entities in all aspects of litigation. These matters include, but are not limited to, real estate claims, fraud, contractual disputes, business torts, deceptive trade practices and employment claims.
