Mr. Bell was very professional with his customer service, and knowledgeable about the Nissan inventory on the lot. I would highly recommend Mr. Bell to any family or friends. With a sales background myself I understand to nature of getting a sell at all cost, or some sales reps pushing the sell to customers. I in no way felt this with Mr. Bell. Just wanted to give a shout out to anyone looking for a new vehicle. This young man at Waxahachie Nissan, worked his butt off getting us the best deal on this car for Sharold and I . I had talked to a few other dealerships before deciding on this one. The other ones were pressuring me like crazy, blowing my phone up, even though I told them I would call THEM when made a decision. Tyler Preston was extremely nice, patient and was more than eager to answer all of our questions. In fact, they must have a policy about hiring nice guys, because everyone we met from the finance guy, to the service manager, to the salesman, were over the top nice. If you want to go somewhere and have a GREAT NO PRESSURE experience, go see Tyler. In fact, Sharold and I are going this weekend to buy Kristen, Robert, Matthew, Lindsey and Marckye all new cars.........NOT!!!!! Give Tyler Preston a call. You'll be glad you did!!!!

My wife and other family members were involved in a major accident on February 3rd, when a person on his phone ran a red light and hit them. Due to major damage our vehicle was totaled. Although they all walked away with bumps, bruises, and trauma, the safety features of our 2017 Rogue SL definitely saved their lives.
We purchased our first Rogue at Waxahachie Nissan and decided to go back to replace our totaled vehicle.
Our salesperson was Russell McAnally. Russell was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate and was very straightforward in his dealings with us. He was able to put us in a 2018 Rogue SL that was even better equipped than our other car.
I was perplexed how we were going to get home as we were in a rental car and my wife was still having difficulty driving due to being in the wreck. Russell was kind enough to remedy that problem as he offered to take our rental back to Enterprise so I could take our new car home without my wife having to drive.
Russell took us on a tour of their new facility, which is awesome, and he even took us to meet the service manager and show us how things now work there.it is such an improvement over the old service area, which we have been using for a long time. I highly recommend their service department as they have always done us a good job!
He next passed us off to Finance Manager Shawn Lawrence. Shawn took the time to point out things we could add to our vehicle package and yet he did so in a very sensitive way that respected our wishes. We were able to complete the final purchase details with him in a more than reasonable amount of time.
All in all, after the traumatic events since the wreck, all made our new car purchase a stress free and enjoyable experience.
We highly recommend Waxahachie Nissan along with Russell and Shawn.
