1 - For "The Perfect Delivery" the sales rep simply takes a picture of the happy owners taking delivery of their new vehicle from their favorite dealership.
2 - The salesman will inform the customer that they will be receiving a customized calendar with their delivery picture on it in the mail within a few days . This package will also include more special gifts from the dealership!
3 - A designated person (Customer Relations Manager) in the dealership will upload the information and photo to the DeliveryMAXX proprietary web site.
4 - We will do the rest, including full training throughout the dealership, generating emails from the dealership to the customer, sending scorecards to approved personnel at the dealership and regularly emailing the service manager with sale updates. You will have a personal Customer Relationship Manager available for 100% support.
