In addition to our commercial production space, CCK offers guidance with permitting, various sales avenues and cultivating local relationships to elevate your business to further success. Our facilities offer the ability for a new business to trial, make mistakes, re-direct, grow their customer base, and potentially launch into a brick-and-mortar facility of their own.

Cooking Classes

Join us in our kitchen classroom for hands on cooking classes led by our experienced professional chefs! Work along with your chef to create delicious recipes to enjoy during class and take home our class packets to recreate the recipes at home! Unless otherwise noted, all of our cooking classes are for persons 16 years of age and up as well as BYOB.

Chef's Table

Reserve our Chef’s Table for a 3 or 4 course tasting menu prepared right in front of your seat! Our professional chefs will work with you to create a seasonal tasting menu that will make for a memorable evening. Limited availability and a maximum of 8 guests total.
