DeliveryMaxx History
- Founded in December 2009 by Josh Deaton and James Schaefer
- Originally formed as an innovative Customer Loyalty Program called "Images of Success" that followed up with Automotive Happy Clients by capturing a Happy Image of the customer at the time of Delivery of their new vehicle. Once a customer purchased a new vehicle the sales person would take a picture with a Kodak Easy Share Camera, and DeliveryMaxx would post the picture to the Dealerships Facebook page, send out a Calendar, Birthday, Anniversary, and Holiday Cards for the next two years helping keep the Customer for Life.
- February 2010, DeliveryMaxx created a new division called Inventory Photography & DMAXX Pro. The concept was to allow DeliveryMaxx to take photos of the dealerships inventory and then edit photos applying different background pictures placing vehicles in a more appealing setting. This allowed dealerships inventory to look better on the internet helping them sell more vehicles.
- The Inventory Photography & DMAXX Pro program quickly became the primary revenue stream for the company. However towards the end of the 2011- DeliveryMaxx had more DMAXX Pro Clients which did not include photography, but only editing of the inventory provided by the dealership.
- In early 2012- DeliveryMaxx started developing a Social Media and Online-Reputation Management program. This program would combine DeliveryMaxx's Images of Success program with additional solutions such as wishing customers Happy Birthday, Anniversary, and Holidays on Facebook while also collecting and posting positive online reviews.
- With the addition of key personnel; DigitalMaxx was created. DeliveryMaxx quickly abandoned sending cards to dealership customers and focused on providing a total digital solution to our dealership clients. This would include Facebook, and other social media channels. However, the focus shifted from marketing to the customer for the dealership, to providing an avenue for the dealership's customer to MARKET FOR the dealership. This soon included DeliveryMaxx writing blogs and press releases for the dealership as well. Combined with a review application that was created- DeliveryMaxx became the only program in the country that combines Online Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Local Search Engine Optimization with a Customer Loyalty Concept.
- DeliveryMaxx expanded its client base from automotive to include Education, Insurance Agents, Hotels, Sports Teams, Employment Agencies, Real Estate, and Medical Practices.
- In July 2012- DeliveryMaxx's digital solution was able to secure a pending utility patent filed with the US Patent Office.
- DeliveryMaxx shifted its focus from Inventory Photography to DMAXX Pro & DigitalMaxx. Soon the selling of the inventory photography division came about, but the DMAXX Pro program continued.
- January 2013- DeliveryMaxx developed a SMART PHONE APP both for Android & IOS systems which would integrate with DeliveryMaxx’s review application providing real customer reviews with Real pictures of customers taking delivery of vehicles.
- June 2013, KIA dealership recognized by Automotive News for Best Practices utilizing DeliveryMaxx’s Online Reputation Management and Social Media Marketing Program.
- In 2014, DeliveryMaxx added new features to the DMAXX App enhancing the way companies were able to easily publish content to their digital network.
- 2015 DeliveryMaxx was recognized as Digital Agency of the Year as the company achieved five consecutive years of 100% growth year-over-year. DeliveryMaxx continues to proivde their clients with a complete digital solution utilizing one mobile app that provides more content to the web, thus increasing sales, customer service satisfaction, additional revenue for fixed operations, powerful branding and advertising, repeat business, higher SEO, strategic SEM, and positive Online Reputation second to none.
- In 2020 DeliveryMaxx became a Wix Partner, a partnership dedicated to their success in creating websites. The Wix Partner Program allows DeliveryMaxx additional resources to create websites, helping clients grow with greater efficacy.
- In 2020 James Schaefer made a deal to acquire 100% of DeliveryMaxx, affording him complete control of the day-to-day operations with an increased focus on client relationships.
